The Department of Civil Engineering will present the “2025 Publication Achievement Certificate” and an Award Plaque to one master’s student and one PhD student who have achieved the highest number of publications in 2025.

The award ceremony will be held at the New Year’s party, organized with the participation of department faculty members and research assistants, at the end of December 2025.

The application deadline for evaluation is December 25, 2025. Master’s and PhD students who wish to apply are required to complete the attached application form and submit it via email to sebnemelci@iyte.edu.tr and selcuksaatci@iyte.edu.tr.

Note:
Only journal articles and international conference papers that received a DOI number in 2025 will be considered for evaluation. The evaluation will be carried out according to the scoring table provided below. Full points will be awarded if the applicant is the first author of the publication. If the applicant is not the first author, the score will be divided by the number of authors.
