At the ceremony, which started with the opening speeches of İzmir Governor Süleyman Elban and Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf Baran, certificate of appreciation were presented to Prof. Dr. Gökmen Tayfur one of the faculty members in our institute who published the most scientific articles in 2023.
